We handle conflict and challenging moments through connection and therapeutic, play-based strategies. We use consent-based communication, supporting children to express their feelings and needs. Our focus is on understanding, guidance and co-creating solutions between peers.

We don’t follow any curriculum as our approach is play-based and child-led, grounded in the understanding that children learn continuously through play, curiosity and everyday life.

We support children with a trauma-informed approach, offering co-regulation, emotional validation and gentle, non-punitive guidance. We prioritise connection, safety and understanding so children feel secure and supported as they grow with us.

Consent-based means we respect children’s boundaries; prioritising observation and discussion over instant intervention and encouraging individual expression. Children are supported to ask for consent and communiacte their own consent. Ensuring the children at our setting have a sense of autonomy and that they feel heard, safe and in control of their own bodies and choices is one of our top priorities.
