Meet the
Team
At The Attic, every child is supported by a small, dedicated team of facilitators who are passionate about natural learning, emotional wellbeing and respectful, consent-based practice. Our staff bring a warm, nurturing presence and a deep understanding of child development, ensuring each child feels seen, safe and valued.
India Farr - Founder
India is the founder of The Attic and is deeply committed to child-led, respectful and emotionally attuned learning. With a background in psychology, creative education and community wellbeing, she brings a nurturing, compassionate approach to supporting both children and families along with her own daughter's home education journey.

Her experience teaching children creative skills, alongside her work with Worcestershire local council supporting women’s mental health and wellbeing, helped shape the values that sit at the heart of The Attic. She is the founder and manager of the Attic's sister setting, TreeBugs Early Years Childcare, which has thrived on her principles for the last 5 years, it is a popular, well respected and sought after setting for local families. She is also a certified Parenting Instructor and draws on gentle, connection-focused strategies grounded in a non judgmental, non punitive and wholly trusting and respectful approach.

India’s vision is to create a learning environment where children feel safe, respected, and trusted — a place where curiosity, autonomy, authenticity and emotional wellbeing come first so children can step into their own learning power from a place of security.
